Time limit on deletion of posts

I've enabled a time limit on deletion of posts. This is now set to 30 min. So, if you write something that you are not happy with - you have 30 min to make it correct rather than the ability to delete. This will make my admin maintenance much less when reviewing and editing. Thanks.
