Warranty & Return Policy

ROVERS NORTH WARRANTY:

All new parts and accessories sold by Rovers North are covered by a two year unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturer defects unless specified otherwise. This warranty covers the part itself. Shipping charges will also be covered if the defect is reported within the first 30 days after delivery. Rovers North is not responsible for any labor or other charges associated with defective products.

ROVERS NORTH RETURN POLICY:

Online Return Form

To return a part to Rovers North, you must fill out the Online Return Form or call (800)403-7591 to get an RMA#. During that process you can choose to create or request a return shipping label. If your return is due to a Rovers North mistake or the parts were damaged in shipping, return shipping is free, but must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a package from Rovers North, and it appears damaged, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE DAMAGED PACKAGE.

Painted, modified or otherwise altered items are ineligible for return. It's the customer’s responsibility to check for part fitment, accuracy, damage, etc. BEFORE painting or modifying the part.

Any new, complete, uninstalled item in original packaging may be returned to Rovers North for any reason up to 30 days after an order is received, with no restocking fee, except Special Order Parts* ordered per customer request. Parts returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee, after 90 days are subject to a 40% restocking fee, products returned after one year are subject to 50% restocking fee as credit on account only.

Returned items must be in new, salable condition and include all packaging, hardware, etc. Items that are no longer new (have been installed or used) or that are missing the original packaging, hardware, Rovers North label, etc. will be charge a restocking fee, determined at Rovers North’s discretion.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be completely processed before contacting us for the status of your return.

*Special Order Parts are non-returnable unless defective. Depending on the item, a deposit may be required when ordering.

SANTANA, OTOKAR, PERENTIE, ETC. POLICY:

Rovers North is not able to select parts or guarantee fitment for Santana, Otokar, Perentie, or other vehicles that were not manufactured by Land Rover in the UK. It is best if you supply the part number while ordering. Purchases for these vehicles are always “at your own risk”. If the part does not fit, you will be responsible for return shipping and potential restocking fees per the above Return Policy.
