The SPDT - Change over relay switches electrical load from one user to another.
The relay is operated by a dasboard switch.
Change over relays are used for switching from horn to fanfare, for 2-speed-appliances such as heated rear windows or fan motors and from forward to backward movement of the sliding roof.
