Electrical. Period correct, braided outer cloth covering. Main wiring harness assembly for early Series 2a models that have been converted to use a Lucas-style alternator. This harness fits vehicles that left the factory with two independent wiper motors mounted on the windscreen frame and an ammeter in the instrument cluster. This harness is designed to bypass the external voltage regulator mounted located on the engine side of the bulkhead next to the fuse box.
The included engine harness is equipped with the 3 terminal, Lucas-style alternator connector.
The headlamp dimmer switch harness is not included but can be purchased separately.
