Electrical. Period correct, braided outer cloth covering. Main wiring harness assembly for early Series 2a models equipped with an original style generator controlled by an external voltage regulator mounted on the bulkhead. This harness fits vehicles that left the factory with two independent wiper motors mounted on the windscreen frame and an ammeter in the instrument cluster. These vehicles originally had positive ground electrical systems but may have been converted to negative ground at some point. This harness will fit regardless of the current ground orientation.
The engine harness connecting the generator to the voltage regulator is included with the main harness.
The headlamp dimmer switch harness is not included but can be purchased separately
