The ultimate replacement chassis kit for NAS 90. OEM Marsland manufactured with hot dipped galvanized finish. This is a complete upgrade, offering the latest in chassis structural technology from Land Rover, for owners who want to improve their Defender chassis. Stronger, with reinforced bulkhead outriggers and body mounts. Safer, with improved crash performance. Features the latest Puma rear cross member with integral weld nuts for convenient mounting of tow, or recovery equipment. Plus, a recessed mounting point for your trailer electric plug, so it is no longer exposed underneath. Chassis kit includes: Galvanized bolt-on V8 tubular gearbox cross member, reinforced stainless steel fuel tank protection tray, top link bolts with Genuine bushings, lower mid Safari Cage mounting brackets and external adjustable rear body mounting bracket. This chassis is not compatible with the original rear NAS step bumper. Made in the UK.

Rovers North only supplies Genuine Land Rover and OEM Marsland Defender chassis. Both these chassis are manufactured on the same Land Rover tooling. The Genuine chassis is supplied in electrostatic E-coat Black and the Marsland is supplied hot dipped galvanized for superior corrosion protection. These are not to be confused with an aftermarket chassis. Aftermarket chassis will not have the same level of dimensional accuracy, strength, and are not crash compliant. In fact, all aftermarket chassis are completely hollow on the inside. Only Genuine and OEM Marsland Defender chassis main rails are constructed from two C sections that are reinforced above the axles and suspension outriggers. Each section is also cross-baffled for improved strength and crash worthiness before being welded together. This is why only the Genuine and OEM Marsland chassis main rails are center seam welded. Beyond superior strength and rigidity, this internal reinforcement is engineered to prevent intrusion of the steering column and front radius arms into the occupant area upon frontal impact, protection simply not possible with an aftermarket chassis.

This kit Includes: PLB346 Stainless steel fuel tank protection tray and PLI243 Galvanized V8 gearbox crossmember, top link bolts with Genuine bushings and adjustable rear body mounting bracket.

NOTE: For optional stainless steel blanking plug to conceal trailer plug opening in rear cross member use: PBP0001. For brake line clip kit to fit this chassis use: RNB9095CK. For compatible rear step bumper with Class 3 receiver use PLB064, or PLB064XD.
