When these are rebuilt, they are slightly advanced, so we do not recommend advancing the timing at all.
NOTE: When replacing your injector pump, you may want to consider also replacing your injector pipes. Installing and removing injector pipes are the most common cause for replacement as the metal bubble ends form to the surface of the component they are fastened to. The sealing bubble' is most likely not to reseal when replacing engine injectors, or injector pump. A compromised non-sealing injector pipe often manifests as a fuel leak, but can also cause an air leak. A correctly timed diesel with excessive light grey smoke after a start up that soon clears up is often a sign of an air leak. For a 300Tdi injector pipe set use PLX347-10
