High-performance air to air intercooler assembly for 300Tdi diesel. Delivers up to a 20% increase in power with a 10% improvement in fuel mileage. All alloy, TIG-welded construction features a 45% larger surface area that is 4.5 inches thick, combined with the latest louvered cooling fin technology will create a dense supercooled oxygen flow. Easy to install. Supplied with a widened side frame to allow it to fit into the standard 300Tdi intercooler opening. Uses all standard pipe and hose connections making for a stress-free installation that eliminates the usual front panel and AC modifications.
Requires modification of the fan cowl to accommodate the performance intercooler, see photos for example. Fan cowl not included with intercooler assembly.
NOTE: For matching performance silicone intercooler hose kit in Black use RNA3171. For Defender 200Tdi installation use Adaptor Kit PLQ944HPHK. Compatible with Aluminum Frame Kit RNA0080
Can be modified to work with a Discovery 300tdi, however it does require welding of the mounting bracket for the radiator support.
