When you want your rear door to stay open no matter how steep an incline you are pointed down, this is the kit for you. Purpose-built for overladen rear doors wearing extra large tires and equipment. The smooth operation allows the rear door to be easily opened and closed. Expedition-proven for extreme duty. Features stainless steel mounting brackets.

NOTE: When fitting to early vehicles that do not have a mounting bracket fitted for the door retainer rod use RNN221 for the mounting bracket and RNN701 for the mounting bracket. This mounting bracket locates on the interior RH rear body sidewall as shown in the photo in black. Will not work with RNA2100 & RNA2101 without modifications to the panels.

INSTALLATION TIP: Install the rear door at an 80-degree angle to the rear body when the strut is fully extended.
