A genuine Oxford collectable, super detailed 1:76 scale model of the British Army of the Rhine (BAOR) 101 ambulance in BAOR camouflage. The V8 101 Forward Control was originally designed and built as a gun tractor with a full length soft top. During the mid '70s the British Ministry of Defense rebodied a number of 101s as hard body field ambulances. Refitted as ambulances by Marshall of Cambridge these 101s served on for 20 years when replace by the Defender XD 130 Pulse ambulance which is still in service today. Made in Great Britain.
